How to pull up the keyboard on an iPhone or iPad

To pull up the keyboard when working on Citrix in the Cloud on a mobile Apple device, you will need to do the following:

1. At the bottom of the screen of the device, look for the black button with grid boxes and click on it.
   
2. The boxes will increase to show the 6 options. Choose the bottom, middle option for keyboard.
   
3. Your keyboard will appear and you can then type into the field(s) as you wish.
