The follow adjustments are recommended when running Norton products
By default, Citrix can be blocked from communication at the firewall level and need manual exclusions.
First, open the Norton 360 control panel
Click the Advanced tab, then Firewall
Click the wrench icon to open Connection Blocking preferences
Add application
Choose Citrix Workspace for both Incoming and Outgoing connections
Add a manual exclusion for Login.designmanager.com
