After upgrading to MacOS Catalina, some users will require changing the login gateway.
On the Mac, first look for the minimized Citrix icon running near the system clock. Right click, choose Preferences
Click the Accounts tab, highlight any accounts and hit the - button to remove
Confirm
Next, hit the + and Add a new account: login.designmanager.com
Click Add
It should prompt for your DM Username and password.
Go back to the minimized Workspace, right-click and choose Open Citrix Workspace
This should bring up the Citrix Workspace. Click on your DM icon to start!
