First, make sure Chrome is up to date.
Look for the 3 dots in the upper-right. Choose Settings > About Chrome and verify there are no pending Chrome updates
Next, click the Extensions bubble in the upper-right and choose Manage Extensions
Remove the Product Clipper
Click the Extensions menu on the left side and then Open Chrome Web Store
Search for Design Manager Product Clipper
Click on the clipper banner
Click Add to Chrome
Please close out of the Chrome browser and restart the system after adding the Chrome Extension
