Using the To Do List: (see further down for how to add within the Item/Component)
Click on the Tasks and Appointments button. (example below shown in ProCloud)
2. Choose to Add a Task or Add App
A Task consists of a Subject/Title or a summarized description of the Task, an optional Due Date, an optional Start Date, and an Importance level.
An Appointment occurs at a specific time and has a specific duration such as a meeting with a Client.
Adding a Task:
1. Enter a Subject and Due Date/Start Date and optionally change the Level of Importance.
3. Optionally change the Contact Type and choose the Code of that contact to add the Name, Contact, Phone Number and Address to the Task description. Add any further details/description that are necessary to the Task.
4. Choose whom the Task is for.
5. Optionally link the Task to a Project and Item/Component.
*NOTE: Show on project schedule and Phase are ONLY available in the Pro version)
6. Choose OK to save.
Adding an Appointment:
1. Enter a Subject and a Location where the Appointment will take place.
2. Set the Start and End Date and Times.
4. Optionally change theContact Type and choose the Code of that contact to add the Name, Contact, Phone Number and Address to the Appointment description.
Add any further details/description thatare necessary to the Appointment.
6. Choose OK to save.
Adding a Task from Within an Item/Component:

1. On the Specifications window, Edit the Item/Component to Add the Task to.
2. Choose the Schedule tab on the Component window.
3. Choose Add to Add a new Task.
4. Follow steps above to add your Task.
Item Level Schedule tab
1. On the Specifications window Enter a Project Code and choose the Schedule tab.
2. Choose the Add Task button.
3. Follow the steps from above to Add a Task.

In Projects and Specifications, Edit an Item/Component to Add a Task to.
2. Choose the Tasks tab on the Component.
3. Choose Add to Add a new Task.
