1. Was the citrix receiver/workspace installed? Do you have the proper Citrix version installed?
Use a link below to download and install the latest receiver for your operating system. Make sure to run the file by double clicking on it from your Downloads, if you are not prompted to run automatically.
- Windows Receiver/Workspace - Citrix Workspace app 1903 for Windows is the last version we support. Do NOT install (or update to) Citrix Workspace app 1904 for Windows.
